What Really Matters For Fat Loss
I’ve gathered a few ideas over the years while attempting to lose fat to form the subject of this memo: what really matters for fat loss.
‘ll start by listing things out that I found that don’t matter.
I’ve been chubby and active most of my life. I’ve been fat and not active for a good couple of years (± 6 years).
If I had to guess I’ve lost a combined ±50 kg (~110 lbs) over the last decade, but I also gained most of it back.
Except for the last diet I attempted.
I kept it off and am going strong again after a longer break. Here’s my progress from the start of the year.
What Doesn’t Matter: Short-Term Weight Fluctuations
I lost 1 kg (2.2 lbs) from the 23.02.2024 to the 24.02.2024. Taking 1–2 dumps a day helps with this. Just saying.
Three days before that I had the same happen only it went up. I mean the graph says it all.
