I don’t write this to shit on gyms, they serve their purpose. but we don’t need them.
Nor do I write this to shit on or shame people that are overweight. That’s the one thing I don’t want, because well I’m one of you. I know the struggle, I know how hard it is.
I’m fed up with the excuses I gave myself over the years.
I’m going to be selfish here. I am writing this for my future self, so I can look back at it and see how far I’ve come.
If it helps anyone else along the way, I’m happy.
I am fat and I’ll add unfit too for good measure. Sugarcoating it won’t help.
